Your business in our kitchen
Our clients are food producers who hire the kitchen for typically less than a week at a time. The minimum hire period is four hours, and the fee includes pots and pans, utensils, some small appliances, cutlery, crockery, cleaning products and utilities costs. We offer discounts for repeat bookings and if you can share the kitchen with another (compatible) party. So whether you are just starting out or already established, we have your needs covered.
Our purpose-built modern kitchen is well equipped and standards compliant. By connecting with Monash University Food Incubator, we have three brand new kitchens available for you.
By prior arrangement we can accept your supplier deliveries, and offer short-term storage of dry ingredients and finished goods. We can connect you with food scientists, commercial food machinery suppliers, packaging and marketing specialists, business services and food distributors.
If you would like to network with like-minded people, we also host small business networking sessions at various venues in and around Melbourne. Our regulars include business owners plus web designers, packaging experts, accountants and marketing experts.
How much you make use of our services is completely up to you; or you can just hire the kitchen.
